Good to Realize:)

I started to love travelling after a one week study scheme in Korea as I got a lot of knowledge and this experience has opened my eye and mind greatly. It was a good experience to realize that we are not good enough and have to be humble to learn something good habit from others.

I like travelling. However, the searching for fun is not the most important at all but knowing the special culture and habits that the people conduct over the place is worthwhile the most to me.

Genting Highland is not the option for me to travel normally. But this time, due to some important factors I followed my friends to go over there having fun. I just realized that it is just a short distance from KL sentral to Genting Skyway. We took about 45minutes to reach there. It has been a long period between the time I used the cable car ( Skyway ) before and now. I  just remember my family and I were waiting there helplessly with a lot of bags surrounding us.

If I am not mistaken, I just tried the dragon train last time I played outdoor game. This time, my friends brought me to play several games which are flying chair, pirate ship and mini car race. We were having fun honestly. For instance, the unfair car race with different level of car performance caused a large different of the maximum speed among our cars. As a result, I was the lucky one to get the first place with the highest performance car. No one was going to praise me even though I was keeping boasting about my performance after that. Haha!!

After that, they chose to get into first world indoor to take our lunch as I was complaining over there on behalf of my hunger. After lunch, one of my friend suggested to bring us into casino to take a look. As we went to the entry with a big branch of group, the security hold us and ask each of us to show our own ic. Eventually, some of my friends didn't manage to enter the casino. Regardless their situation, I followed my friends to go around casino.

I didn't gamble, as I didn't like to lose even for a single gambling. But I found something very special thing. As a Engineering student, I am quite sensitive to mathematic. I strongly know that the probability to win the gambling is less than 50% for majority of the games in Casino. But there are still a lot of fans sitting patiently on the chair in front o the gambling table. Perhaps some of them are confident of their luck that day, or some of them do not believe that their luck isn't good that day. People sitting in front of the gambling table have a common thought that they will win for this gambling.

I find it interesting to realize that the people in Casino are 100% optimistic. Normally, they will leave the place when they either do not have credit anymore or to avoid losing after they won a large amount of credit. They never think that they will lose. in fact, many of the believers of all kinds of religion should learn from their attitude, the instinct of being optimistic and not easily to lose hope as long as they have a single credit. They never lose hope, even though you do all kinds of calculation telling them they will be losing most probably. It may be for excitement for them to gamble, as it is such a pleasant to win in gambling. The secret under the pokers of you and others on the surface of gambling table can make your heart beat faster and it is always glad to know that you are the lucky and blessed one. I hope that everyone know that their life is great without the proof from the gambling table. Nothing is more lucky than having a breath in this second and the following second. Life is good always as long as you believe this is blessed to have your heart beating.

I think it is undeniable to say that every people are believer of something and follower of something. Religion believers believe in Gods and the theories of  humanity, follow and obey the teaching of the religion. However, some people don't really have religion but they may be the followers of pride, money, power and even the believers of greed.
 

First day in Survey camp

Yoyo~ Here I am to start my survey camp. It will take about 2 weeks to finish and the purpose of having this camp is to update the map of our UM campus. The current map was produced several years before so there are many places haven't been updated in it. We are sad to be here actually because we expect to be sent out for any other project. But they arranged this kind of job to us in an area that we are familiar and found boring the most. I think we deserve some great treatment and experience from that. However, we just have to carry on no matter how, because we can't do anything beside fulfilling the job. last night, my friends and I were playing poker. We had a good time and fun. After that we just quickly went on our bed as we would have to wake up early in the morning to gather. But helplessly, I couldn't sleep nicely and properly. Finally, I think I just took several hours to sleep only. It is down enough. This morning, we made ourselves gathering at our department and waited for our lecturers and stuffs. But they were late and we waited for about 1 hour. == After taking the breakfast they brought to us, we got into the room to discuss about the plan of the surveying.We decided to cover the surveying job around the IPS area which is the Institution of Postgraduate Students. This is the beautiful building and easy for us to do surveying. But we didn't expect that we have to do the leveling twice, extra one for checking. It is a long distance ever among other projects! We took the stuff and surveying instruments all along the way to the institution while doing the leveling measurement on the way. Everyone seems to be very thirsty and tired. What to do? Move your ass on to make whatever task done today. The sunlight is charming early in the morning, but annoying and killing during afternoon. I can feel that my skin is going to be dried up thoroughly, and my throat is burning. Thank God I have finally gone back to my room after the task finished. We bother nothing even though we found that our result has a large figure of error. We just changed some data so that we won't have to repeat the task. Haha~It is down to imagine how tough the days I have to undergo in these two weeks! However, I pray for God's guidance and strength so that everything will be fine and something can be learnt.
